I love the premise of photo Shootout. A set of "simulation of professional photography", I thought that this will be a fun way to refresh some of these sophisticated skills than the pros of casual users like me camera shots. Unfortunately, this is not the way it works.
In the game, you play a photographer at the beginning of your career. You start with three different sessions where you will learn how to set the ISO, Aperture and shutter on your DSLR rates in the game. After that, you can take work assignment, sale of pictures of the funds and use the best equipment to buy. It should be noted that at no time during the game requires you to take pictures with the camera of the real iPhone - is here.
There are 11 total photoshoots to play photo Shootout. Funny, they are divided into two types of jobs: beauty and swimwear. A bit of variety more lot would have been welcome, but we recommend that it is usable for a first effort.
When photographing a subject, your goal is to all three components (ISO, Aperture and shutter speed), so that they are able to offer you the perfect shot. A video playing on the screen, show what you are supposed to look in the viewfinder of the camera. The level ends either when it is time or memory card is full.
As a trainer, we must be honest here: there is not quite realistic. In fact, I feel like I know even less about the use of a camera after the game. That said, the game is quite fun, as a worry with taking wrong expectations (you will not learn better shooting here in all). Forget the value of replay, along - do you once the stems, you're probably ready.
For the moment, it is the best part about photo Shootout (currently $1.99 app store) the starting point. This is an innovative idea, unfortunately, not very well made. We look forward to the next version, well (or any other developer who can take the concept and do better).
