Samsung Galaxy take Review: Premium looks, mid range Specs

In the world of smartphones to entry, there are probably a few handsets with the Samsung Galaxu, predominate in terms of appearance can compete.  It looks like just a phone much more expensive than it actually is.  The specifications are modest at best, but it is still a device complete Android with a value proposition to seduce.

Physically, it looks like a premium phone - a sweet finish on the spine and back cover, metal accents - research, a shiny body and a screen curve similar to the LG Optimus 2 X.  The display is a capacitive touchscree of 3.5 inches with a resolution of 800 x 480.  Although not the best screen in the Android space currently occupied is sufficiently clear and precise.  Touch response is too large.

As a phone makes the Galaxy Samsung take of average quality.  Although fairly clear he appeared to be a constant buzz in the background.  Those on the other side a good experience reported.  Speaker is a little on the bad, however, with the microphone appears to have badly to clearly pick up the votes.   Battery life is estimated at 6.5 hours of talk time.

Unlike most phones in the series has no TouchWiz performed on top.  Instead, you get the stock Android 2.2 Froyo UI, some people actually prefer on the Peel.    The processor 800 Mhz phone manages everything, even play Flash videos (among the least expensive smartphones Froyo have disabled).

You get features normal smartphone Android: a variety of options, basic and advanced messaging and a selection of different applications.  Connectivity is provided, as well as Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi and enough fast support HSPA.    Note that crippled Boost Froyo hotspot functionality, so you do not have your phone as a 3 G router can.

Camera is a meager 2.0 mega pixel camera, although it takes surprisingly good images.  In fact, I found better that most of the phones we have tested with 3.2 megapixel cameras, prove (once again) that the resolution is not in all.

Overall, the Samsung Galaxy prevail as the most beautiful-contract phone you for $ 179.99.   Although a little on the shrimp material, it is a very difficult job and probably enough for a good portion of smartphone users.
